The official policy of BarMUN VI is that no refunds on deposits, payments, and/or late fees will be given for any reason. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
BarMUN has no additional fees for Faculty Advisors, but asks that delegations follow a two advisor maximum. If your delegation wishes to bring an advisor, please email the Chargeé d’Affaires, Hannah Lowry, at email@example.com stating your wish and the advisor(s) name.
BarMUN is willing to write invitation letters if they are required for visa applications. However, before writing such a letter on behalf of a school, that school must first register online and submit the 10% down payment due within 30 days of invoicing.
Once we receive payment, we will notify the delegation by e-mail and request that electronic copies of the ID pages of the relevant delegates passports be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. At this time, the delegation may make the necessary arrangements at their national U.S. embassy/consulate.
Please keep in mind that BarMUN VI is not responsible for the misuse of any invitation letter, passport number, or other visa-related document, nor are we liable if the visitation timeframe, as stipulated by the visa, is violated.
