ECOSOC: Convention on Certain Conventional Weapons (CCCW)
Whether it be medicine, the internet, transportation, or agriculture, technology takes leaps and bounds in almost every field every day. While many are benign and helpful, the speed at which war technology advances outpaces our ability to keep the danger that comes with it at bay. We have reached a point where a weapon can be as small as a synthetically made virus or as big as an entire island in the pacific with one purpose to defend. As countries, we will use any force necessary to defend our people from harm, but as an international body, where do we draw the line on the world of modern warfare?
