After the 9/11 terrorist attacks, the United States realized that it was severely unready to to prevent similar attacks should they take place. So the intelligence community underwent a massive overhaul, creating many modern federal departments such as the Department of Homeland Security and the Transportation Security Administration. But how can the clearly unprepared intelligence community gain the necessary experience to combat the terrorist organizations targeting the American homeland? Enter Project Looking Glass, a two-faction simulation that pits agents against each other. With the red team acting as the terrorists, how will the blue team utilize its newfound power to protect the American homeland?
