BOSTON UNIVERSITY’S COMPETITIVE MODEL UNITED NATIONS TEAM

The Boston University Model United Nations Team, better known at MUN@BU, is a branch of the Boston University International Affairs Association (BUIAA) that teaches undergraduate students the ins and outs of diplomatic practice. The team travels to a handful of conferences across the U.S. and Canada throughout the year and is currently ranked #10 in North America according to Best Delegate.

No experience is necessary to join the MUN@BU team. The team meets every week on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and general meetings are open to anyone wanting to join the team, practice speaking, or just observe! Tryouts for the Cut Team - a program for those dedicated to traveling, competing, and developing their diplomacy skills - are held at the beginning of each semester. Students from all majors, schools, interests, and backgrounds are welcome!
